Now EDS for TM-1000 is available

 Energy
dispersive X-ray Spectrometer dedicated for TM-1000 was introduced
to the US market. This EDS retrofit to the TM-1000. It is compact
and easy to operate. The analysis and imaging will work together
and displayed on the same monitor. The area of elemental analysis
can be chosen as spot mode (Choosing a spot with cross hair)
or as area mode (whatever field of view). Detectable elements
are from "Na11"
to "U92". No Liquid Nitrogen is required. |

 HiScope System Company, a source for
3-D View Microscope Products, is now introducing its new product
line, the first fully portable, Table-Top SEM (Scanning Electron
Microscope). The Model TM-1000, a new technology low vacuum
SEM manufactured by Hitachi. The TM-1000 is so easy to use
and a magnification range is available from 20x up to 10000x.
Because of its unique and exclusive feature of “Charge-up
Deduction Mode” technology, any no-conductive samples
can be seen without a sputter coating. The TM-1000 can make
you like an instant microscopist.
Unlike a conventional SEM, the TM-1000 is so small that it can be carried by
a mini-van allowing us to offer an on-site demonstration. So please contact us
