to the US market. This EDS retrofit to the TM-3000. It is compact
and easy to operate.The analysis and imaging will work together
and displayed on the same monitor. The area of elemental analysis
can be chosen as spot mode (Choosing a spot with cross hair)
or as area mode (whatever field of view). Detectable elements
